阴道炎五联检对妇科病筛查的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨白带五联检在妇科病筛查中的临床应用价值。方法:应用白带五联检试剂对804例门诊女性患者阴道分泌物进行过氧化氢、白细胞酯酶、唾液酸苷酶、脯氨酸氨基肽酶、乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶5项指标及pH联合检测,通过涂片镜检法检测乳酸杆菌、白细胞、细菌性阴道病(bacterial vaginosis,BV)、滴虫、念珠菌,并通过革兰氏染色进行确认。结果:白带五联检法与革兰氏染色镜检法相比,乳酸杆菌、白细胞、BV检验、滴虫、念珠菌检测结果的符合率分别为99.8%、89.0%、99.6%、98.0%、89.5%。结论:白带五联检操作简便、结果客观,是阴道炎的诊断及分型的可行依据,对妇科病筛查具有较好的应用价值。Objective：To explore the value of the clinical applications of vaginitis multitest in the screening for gynecopathy.Methods： 804 cases of clinic women′s vaginal secretions were detected by vaginitis multitest,including hydrogen peroxide,leukocyte esterase,neuraminidase,prolidase,acetyl glucosaminidase and pH value.Meanwhile,the being of lactobacillus,leukocyte,bacterial bacterial vaginosis,trichomonad,candida were detected by the smear microscopic examination,and confirmed by gram′s staining method.Results： Compared with smear examination,the results coincidence rates of lactobacillus,leukocyte,bacterial bacterial vaginosis,trichomonad,candida detected by vaginitis multitest were 99.8%,89.0%,99.6%,98.0%,89.5%,respectively.Conclusion： Vaginitis multitest was easy to use and objective method,and it was the reliable evidence of diagnosis and classification in vaginitis,which was valuable to the screening
