摘　　要：目的:了解东莞市部分15岁以上外来员工的麻疹IgG抗体水平,为成人麻疹疫苗免疫策略研究与绩效评估提供科学依据。方法:采集东莞市髙埗裕元鞋厂新入厂健康员工血清标本575份,用定量酶联免疫吸附法检测抗体水平。结果:575人中,麻疹IgG抗体的几何平均浓度(GMC)为1339.29 m IU/m l,抗体阳性率为96.5%,保护性抗体阳性率为74.8%;男性和女性的GMC、阳性率、保护性抗体阳性率均无统计学意义;各年龄组的GMC、阳性率、保护性抗体阳性率也没有统计学意义。结论:东莞市的15岁以上的外来员工抗体水平较高,但仍然有大约25%的人未达到有效保护水平。Objective：To investigate the measles IgG antibody level of migrant workers aged above 15 years in Dongguan City,provide scientific basis for measles vaccine immune strategy and achievement evaluation in adult.Methods：575 serum samples of fresh healthy workers were collected in Yuyuan shoemaking factory in Gaobu town of Dongguan City,and determined the measles IgG antibody by Quantitative ELISA.Results：The antibody GMC of 575 workers was 1339.29 mIU/ml,the positive rate was 96.5%,and the protective antibody positive rate was 74.8%;There were no significant difference in the antibody GMC,positive rate,protective antibody positive rate between male and female;and there was no significant difference in the antibody GMC,positive rate,protective antibody positive rate among 5 age groups.Conclusion：The measles IgG antibody level of migrant workers aged above 15 years in Dongguan was high,but in which about 25 percent did not reach to protective level.
