阳泉市布鲁菌病调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解本市布鲁菌病的情况,为防治提供依据。方法:收集本市2001年-2008年疑似布鲁菌病的患者资料和实验室结果整理分析。结果:平均阳性率为26.84%,2001年-2008年阳性率分别48.86%、37.65%、16.89%、17.43%、8.57%、3.53%、7.27%、6.86%;男性阳性率为30.87%、女性阳性率为13.74%;职业人群阳性率为42.90%;盂县、郊区、平定阳性率分别为37.63%、30.54%、31.70%。结论:阳泉市布鲁菌病呈下降趋势。不同地区、职业、季度、年度、性别之间阳性率差异有显著性;不同年龄之间阳性率有差异。Objective：To understand the situation of brucellosis,provide the basis for the prevention and treatment.Methods： yangquan city 2001-2008 in patients with suspected brucellosis,analyzed data and laboratory results.Results： The average positive rate was 26.84%,The positive rate of 48.86% 37.65%,16.89%,17.43%,8.57%,3.53%,7.27%,6.86% in 2001-2008;The male positive rate was 30.87% and female positive rate was 13.74%;occupations in the positive rate was 42.90%;Yuxian,suburbs,pingding positive rates were 37.63%,30.54%,31.70%.Conclusion： Yangquan brucellosis decreased.Different regions,occupations,quarter,year,gender difference between the positive rate was significant;different age also has difference between the positive rate.
