摘　　要：本文对外资银行开展的风险参与业务,特别是银团贷款中的风险参与进行了介绍和解析,提出管理建议,随后分析该项业务近年来的发展趋势和监管策略。The article introduces and analyzes foreign bank＇s risk participation business,especially risk participation in syndicated loans.Then it proposes suggestions on management,and analyzes the developing trend and supervisory strategies of risk participation business in recent years.
