美珍颗粒剂灌肠配合音乐疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察美珍颗粒剂灌肠配合音乐疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床疗效，选择78例肠镜检查确诊的UC患者，按简单随机分组法分为治疗组40例，对照组38例。治疗组患者给予美珍颗粒剂灌肠配合音乐疗法，同时口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗，对照组单纯口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片，均以4周为一疗程。2个疗程后统计两组总有效率，并对比分析两组患者治疗前后血清IL-6、IL-8的水平。结果显示，治疗组总有效率（95．0％，38／40）明显高于对照组（68．4％，26/38），P〈0．01。治疗后，治疗组和对照组患者IL-6和IL-8表达水平均降低（P〈0．01），其中治疗组降低更明显（P〈0．01）。结果表明，美珍颗粒剂灌肠配合音乐疗法治疗UC具有更好的临床疗效，能更好地改善患者的临床症状，其作用机制可能与降低IL-6、IL-8表达水平有关。For the objective of investigating the clinical curative effect of enema with Meizhen Granula plus music therapy for the treatment of ulcerative colitis（UC） authors selected the 78 UC patients who were all confirmed by using enteroscope examination,and simply random divided them into two groups： treatment group（ n =40） and controlled group（ n =38）,the patients of treatment group were given the combination of Meizhen Granula enema plus music therapy and orally administered with mesalazine enter-coated tablet, while of controlled group alone mesalazine enter-coated tablet. The treatment course of both groups was all for 8 weeks,then after 2 treatment course their total effective rate was recorded,their levels of IL-6 and IL- 8 before and after the treatment were detected. As results,in the total effective rate treatment group was significantly higher than controlled group（95.0%,38/40 vs 68.4%,26/38, P 〈0.01）;after treatment the expression levels of IL-6 and IL 8 of both groups were all decreased （ P 〈0.01） ,and the level decrease of treatment group was more significant（ P 〈0.01）. Results show that above-mentioned combination therapy for UC has better curative effect, can greatly improve clinical symptoms which it action mechanism could be related to the decrease of levels of IL- 6 and IL -8.
