瘘管切除缝合加吻合器痔切闭术一次性治疗低位肛瘘合并重度内痔的疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨瘘管切除缝合加吻合器痔切闭术一次性治疗低位肛瘘合并重度内痔的临床效果，采用此方法治疗低位肛瘘合并重度内痔患者21例。结果显示，本组住院时间为5～12d；全部病例一次性治愈，未出现严重并发症。结果表明，瘘管切除缝合加吻合器痔切闭术可以一次性治愈低位肛瘘合并重度内痔，疗效确切，患者疼痛轻，恢复快，无严重并发症，值得临床推广使用。The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of the procedure of resection suture for fistula tract and stapled incision ＆ closure for hemorrhoids in primary treatment of low anal fistula complicated severe internal hemorrhoids. The 21 patients received this procedure. As results,the 21 patients all got cure primarily,the hospitalization duration was 5-12 days,no severe complication was found. Results show that the above-mentioned procedure can cure low anal fistula complicated severe internal hemorrhoids, and its therapeutic effect is certain, pain milder, recovery faster, without severe complication, thus it is worthy to be popularized clinically.
