环状混合痔术后水肿原因分析

摘　　要：为探讨环状混合痔术后水肿的原因，回顾150例环状混合痔患者的资料，对50例患者术后水肿原因进行分析。结果显示，水肿原因为外痔未处理或切除不彻底11例，结扎点过多8例，未行减压处理或减压不够8例，局麻4例，缝合张力过大5例，V形切口太短或太窄3例，术中反复刺激过多3例，排便用力1例，结扎线在齿状线以下1例，结扎皮肤过多2例，坐浴时间过长或水温过高1例，未处理内痔1例，感染1例，结扎痔核脱出嵌顿1例。结果表明，环状混合痔术后水肿主要与外痔未处理或切除不彻底、结扎点过多、未行减压处理或减压不够有关。In order to search the cause of postoperative edema of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids patients,authors retrospectively analysed the data of the 150 cases with this hemorrhoids, and found the edema cause of 50 cases. As results,the patients who suffered from postoperative edema included： 11 cases resuited from their external hemorrhoids no-managed or uncompletely resected, 8 from too more ligationpoints,8 from no-discompressed or not enough,4 from local anaesthesia,5 from too larger suture tension,3 from too shorter or stenosis of V-shaped incision,3 from repeated and too more intraoperative stimulation, from forced defecation, 1 from ligation-thread being under dental line, 2 from too more skin ligated, 1 from too longer sitz bath time or too higher water temperature, 1 from untreated internal hemorrhoid, 1 from infection,1 from ligated hemorrhoids being prolapsed and incarcerated. Results show that postoperative edema could be mostly related with external hemorrhoids no-managed or unthoroughly resected,too more ligation-points,and no-discompressed or not enough.
