药物局部封闭注射疗法治疗肛周瘙痒症60例的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨药物局部封闭注射疗法治疗肛周瘙痒症的临床疗效，将120例肛周瘙痒症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各60例。治疗组采用药物局部注射疗法治疗，药物组成以复方倍他米松注射液为主，局部营养药和麻醉药物为辅。对照组采用中药液熏洗坐浴治疗，每日早晚各1次，15d为一疗程。结果显示，治疗组显效36例，有效18例，无效6例，总有效率为90．0％（54／60）；对照组显效28例，有效18例，无效14例，总有效率为76．7％（46／60）。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，药物局部封闭注射疗法治疗肛周瘙痒症疗效确切，且方法简单，患者创伤小，值得临床推广。The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of local blocking injection of drugs for perianal pruritus. The 120 cases were divided randomly into treatment group and controlled group（ n =60, per group）;the patients of treatment group received the local blocking injection of drugs （compound betamethasone injection as predominant component,local nutrition drugs and anaesthetic durgs as adjuvants）, while of controlled group adopted sitz bath fuming ＆ washing with traditional Chinese drugs,early and night per day,one time respectively,one treatment course for 15 days. As results,in treatment group excellent effect,response, no-response and total effective rate in order was as 36 cases, 18 cases,6 cases and 90.0%（54/60）,while in controlled group,28 cases,18 cases,14 cases,and 76.7%（46/60）, respectively;the effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of controlled group（ P〈0.05）. Results show that in the treatment of perianal pruritus the local blocking injection has certain therapeutic effect,is simple in manipulation,of less wound of patients,thus worthy to be popularized clinically.
