摘 要:对4种不同体积比配制的生物柴油混合燃料在柴油机上进行了性能对比试验,分析了在不同转速和负荷下柴油机燃用不同掺混比混合燃料的动力性、经济性和排放特性。试验结果表明:发动机燃用B10时动力性在大多数转速时高于B0,燃用B20及B30时动力性与B0相当。随着生物柴油添加比例的增大,发动机有效燃油消耗率增大,但发动机燃烧有效热效率有所改善。在不做任何调整的情况下,随着掺烧生物柴油比例的增加,柴油机的烟度、HC有较大幅度的下降;NOx排放在中小负荷与原柴油机相当,但大多数工况时NOx排放则随着生物柴油添加比例的增大而减小;CO在中低负荷时混合燃料排放大于原柴油,高负荷时基本一致。We made experiments to compare the performance of four kinds of bio-diesel fuel blends with different volume-ratio in the diesel engines,and analyzed their power performance,economy and emission in different speed and load with different mixed fuel blends.The results show that mostly engines with B10 are more powerful than that with B0,which is similar with that of B20,B30.With increasing the ratio of bio-diesel,the fuel consumption of engine is increased as well,meanwhile the thermal efficiency is improved.Without any adjustment,if the ratio of bio-diesel increased,smoke and HC from engines are dramatically decreased.Compared to the based diesel engine,NOx emissions decrease as the bio-diesed ratio increasing in most conditious while in small and medium load the same.CO emissions of mixed fuel is larger in small load but same in high load.
