摘　　要：[目的]探讨社区老年人ApoE基因多态性及血管性因素与不同亚型MCI发病的关系。[方法]采用1：2匹配巢式病例对照研究设计,对贵阳市城区60岁以上认知功能正常老年人共2 207名平均随访3.1年,并使用简易智能状态检查量进行认知功能评定。ApoE等位基因分型测定采用限制性片段长度多态性分析技术（RFLP-PCR）。研究因素的统计分析采用Cox模型拟合条件Logistic回归分析法。[结果]不同亚型MCI中血管性因素和ApoE基因多态性的多因素模型结果表明,仅非遗忘型MCI模型中携带ApoEε3基因与高LDL-C存在一定的交互作用（OR=0.171,95%CI=0.048-0.612）,而在其他类型MCI模型中未发现血管性因素与ApoE基因多态性之间存在交互作用。[结论]非遗忘型MCI模型中携带ApoEε3基因与高LDL-C之间存在一定的交互作用。[Objective]To explore the association of ApoE gene polymorphism and vascular factors with the incidence of mild cognitive impairment and its subtypes among the community-based elderly population.[Methods]A 1：b2 matched nested case-control study was conducted to investigate 2 207 normal cognitive individuals aged above 60 old years in Guiyang.According to the results of MMSE screening,the subjects were selected by means of 3.1 years follow-up.All of the subjects were genotyped for ApoE by the technique of RFLP-PCR.The data was analyzed by using the method of fitted conditional logistic regression model by Cox regression model.[Results]By establishing relative models about various vascular factors and the ApoE gene polymorphism with different subtypes of MCI,there was a certain interaction between ApoE ε3 allele and high-level LDL-C only in the non-amnestic MCI model（OR = 0.171,95%CI = 0.048-0.612）.Furthermore,in other types of MCI model,there was no significant interaction between ApoE gene polymorphism and other vascular factors.[Conclusion]In the non-amnestic MCI model,there was a certain interaction between the ApoE ε3 allele and high-level LDL-C.
