应征男青年体格状况与血压心率的关系研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨北京应征男青年体格指标与血压、心率之间的关系。[方法]采用因子分析将2 198名男青年的13项体格指标综合为彼此独立数目较少的因子,将因子的因子得分作为自变量,收缩压、舒张压、心率分别作为因变量进行Logistic回归,估计其OR值。[结果]13项指标被综合为围度、高度和宽度3个因子,围度因子是收缩压(OR=2.32,P﹤0.05)与舒张压(OR=2.14,P﹤0.05)升高的危险因素,与心率加快没有联系(P﹥0.05),高度因子、宽度因子与血压升高、心率加快没有联系(P﹥0.05)。[结论]北京应征男青年血压值的增高与反映身体肥胖程度的指标有关,与反映身体高度、宽度的指标无关;心率的加快与反映身体肥胖程度、高度、宽度的指标都无关。[Objective]To explore the association of physique indexes with blood pressure and heart rate in Beijing recruited male youths.[Methods]Factor analysis was used to synthesize 13 physique indexes to 3 independent factors from 2 198 male youths.Then unconditional logistic regression was conducted between factor scores modeled as independent variables and systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate modeled as dependent variables to estimate their odd ratio,respectively.[Results]Factor analysis identified three factors,which were interpreted as circumference,height and breadth factor.Circumference factor was the risk factor of increased systolic and diastolic blood pressure（OR=2.32,P﹤0.05）but not associated with increased heart rate（P﹥0.05）.Height factor and breadth factor were associated with neither increased blood pressure nor increased heart rate（OR=2.14,P﹥0.05）.[Conclusion]For Beijing recruited male youths,the increase of blood pressure is associated with indexes that reflected body obesity,and not associated with indexes that reflected body height and breadth.The increase of heart rate was not associated with all these indexes.
