重庆市城乡居民预防肿瘤健康教育近期效果评价

摘　　要：[目的]了解重庆市城乡居民肿瘤预防健康教育近期干预效果。[方法]采用整群抽样的方法,抽取重庆市城乡常住人口共1 211人,其中城市677人,占55.9%,农村534人,占44.1%。开展肿瘤预防健康知识演讲、知识竞赛、发放肿瘤预防宣传册和现场咨询等健康干预,并将讲座前、后问卷调查的结果进行比较。[结果]干预后城乡居民对肿瘤预防知识及恶性肿瘤早期症状的知晓率与干预前相比有显著提高,肿瘤预防知识知晓率由47.4%上升到61.2%(χ2=44.43,P﹤0.01),恶性肿瘤早期症状知晓率由40.5%上升到54.6%(χ2=47.53,P﹤0.01),干预后对肿瘤防治的态度与干预前相比有统计学差异。[结论]肿瘤健康教育可帮助城乡居民掌握基本的肿瘤预防知识,在近期内提高了居民肿瘤防治知识的水平,是预防肿瘤发生的一项投入小、收益大的重要措施。[Objective]To investigate the recent effective evaluation of health education on cancer prevention among the residents of Chongqing City.[Methods]The cluster sampling method was used to randomly select resident population in urban and rural areas,and a total of 1 211 residents were selected,including 677 urban residents（55.9%）and 534 rural residents（44.1%）.We performed intervention measures including tumors prevention lecture,quiz,providing brochures and counseling,and then we compared the results before and after intervention.[Results]After intervention,residents knew much more about cancer prevention and early symptoms of cancer.The awareness rate of cancer prevention knowledge increased from 47.4% to 61.2%（P﹤0.01）,the awareness rate of the early cancer symptoms knowledge increased from 40.5% to 54.6%（P﹤0.01）.There was significant different on the attitude of cancer prevention after intervention.[Conclusion]The health education could help residents know the cancer prevention knowledge,and improve the level of cancer prevention knowledge among the residents in the near future.It is useful to get knowledge about cancer prevention,and it is one of the most important measure of low investment and high profit on cancer prevention.
