杀虫剂残杀威人工抗原的制备及免疫效价检测

摘　　要：[目的]制备杀虫剂残杀威(propoxur)人工抗原以及免疫效价的检测。[方法]将杀虫剂残杀威,通过戊二醛法与载体鸡卵清蛋白OVA相偶联,所得的半抗原偶联物为免疫原,用紫外光谱、红外光谱扫描分析所制备的人工抗原,然后免疫小鼠检测效价。[结果]将制备的抗原免疫BALB/c小鼠,免疫后采血测其效价,即通过酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测免疫小鼠所产生的抗体,检测结果为阳性。[结论]小鼠产生独特型抗体。[Objective]To detect the propoxur artificial antigen and the immuno-assay.[Methods]Artificial semi-antigen was applied,Glutaraldehyde was used as cross linker to make immuno-gen,and the vector was OVA.The artificial antigen was identified by UV abstraction and IR scanning methods,then used antigen immunize mice to do the immuno-assay.[Results]The blood of the antigen immunize mice was usd to do the immuno-assay,that was to say,the antibody of the mice was examined by ELISA.If the result was positive,it suggested that specific antibodies had synthesized in the mice.[Conlusion]The specific antibodies had synthesized in the mice.
