松潘县儿童家长免疫规划知识及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解松潘县儿童家长预防接种知识并对其影响因素进行分析,为开展免疫规划相关健康教育提供依据。[方法]自行设计问卷,采用随机抽样的方法进行免疫规划知识及其影响因素调查,共调查500名,有效问卷400份。采用SPSS 13.0软件对资料进行统计分析。[结果]儿童家长免疫规划知识回答正确率较低,总得分为(9.77±4.08)分,总及格率为49.25%;Logistic回归分析结果显示,影响儿童家长预防接种知识的因素包括民族、文化程度、年龄、与接种点的距离、居住地为城乡。[结论]应根据不同的人口特征(如流动人口),开展多种形式的健康教育,以加强免疫规划知识的普及。[Objective]To know the knowledge of Programme on Immunization and influential factors among children＇s parents in Shenzhen,so as to provide basis for health education on EPI.[Methods]The survey was conducted in Songpan county by self-designed questionnaire to investigate the immunization knowledge and its influencing factors.A total of 500 individuals were investigated,and 400 questionnaires were collected.All data were handled by SPSS 13.0.[Results]The correct rate of answering immunization knowledge was low,the scores were 9.77±4.08,and pass rates were 49.25%.Zangzu parents＇ knowledge was more deficient than others.The source of the knowledge was limited and the main influencing factors were ethnics,education level,age,the distance with the immunized location and their living areas.[Conclusion]The parents＇ knowledge is deficient.Especially,it＇s essential to carry out the immunization program popularization in the county.
