心脉龙治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：为观察心脉龙治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效,从祖国医学出发,为治疗该病提供一安全有效的方法。共观察充血性心力衰竭患者病例60例,随机分为治疗组(心脉龙注射液)30例及对照组(多巴酚丁胺加速尿)30例,疗程5天。结果治疗组总有效率86.67％,矍效率40％,对照组总有效率73.33％,显效率3.33％,治疗组疗效优于对胛,组,经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05)。同时安全性观察显示用药期间无明显毒副反应。结果提示心脉龙注射液对充血性心力衰竭有治疗作用,其疗效确切、安全可靠。This clinical study aimed to investigate the effect of Chinese medicine Xin-Mai-Long (XML) injection in treating chronic congestive heart failure. 30 chronic congestive heart failure patients received XML injection treatment (therapeutic group) and were compared with 30 patients treated by dobutamine and furosemidum(compared group) The course of treatment is 5 days. The total effective ratio of therapeutic group is 86. 67%,the significant effective ratio is 40%,higher than compared group (the effective ratio is 73. 33%,the significant effective ratio is 3. 33% ). In the course of treatment,there are no obviously untoward effects XML injection is an effective and safe drug for chronic congestive heart failure.
