摘 要:本文用全波法——谱域技术分析了单片微波集成电路中的MIS共面带线的传播特性和特性阻抗,研究了MIS共面带线的结构参数对其特性的影响,得出了一些设计准则。由于至今还未见到分析MIS共面带线的报导,因此我们间接地验证了结果,即用同样的方法分析了MIS共面波导,所得结果与有关文献报导的一致。从而表明本文所用的分析方法以及分析结果是正确的。In this paper, the propagation characteristics and characteristic impedance of a metal-insulator-semiconductor coplanar stripline (MISCS) are analyzed by a full-wave spectral-domain technique. A set of calculated curves is given and the effect of the structural parameters on the characteristics of MISCS is studied Some design criteria are given for low attenuation slow-wave propagation. Since no published data of MISCS is available, we use the following indirect method to check our results. MIS coplanar waveguide (MISCPW) is analyzed by the same method as that used for analyzing MISCS. The results obtained are in good agreement with that published in related references. It shows that the technique used in this paper is correct.
