摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定阿司咪唑片的含量。方法:色谱柱:Dikma-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱;流动相:0.05 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙晴(65:35);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:285 nm。结果:阿司咪唑在5.04～100.76μg·ml^(-1)范围内,与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7;平均加样回收率为99.04%,RSD=0.17(n=9)。结论:本法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确可靠。Objective： To establish a method for determination of astemizole tablets by HPLC. Method： The column was Dikma-C18 （ 150 mm ×4. 6 mm,5μm） column. The mobile phase was composed of 0. 05 mol·L-1 KH2PO4_acetonitrile （65： 35） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml.min-1 with detection wavelength of 285 nm. Result： The linear range of astemizole was 5.04-100. 76μg·ml-1 ,r =0. 999 7. The average recovery was 99.04% with RSD of 0. 17% （n = 9 ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of astemizole tablets.
