丹红注射液治疗糖尿病合并椎基底动脉供血不足40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹红注射液治疗糖尿病合并椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为2组。在基础治疗同时治疗组40例加用丹红注射液治疗;对照组40例加用灯盏花素注射液治疗。治疗14d后观察2组临床疗效和脑血流速度的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为97.50%,对照组95.00%,2组疗效相当(P>0.05);2组病例椎基底动脉平均血流速度均明显改善,且治疗组增加椎动脉和基底动脉平均血流速度较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗糖尿病合并椎基底动脉供血不足疗效显著。Objective To observe the curative effect of Danhong Injection on diabetes combined with vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Method The patients（n=80） were randomly divided into 2 groups.On the base of routine treatment,the treatment group（n=40） were given Danhong Injection,and the control group（n=40） were given Dengzhanhuasu Injection.The curative effect and changes of cerebral blood flow rate were observed in two groups after the treatment for 14 days.Result The total effective rate was 97.50% in the treatment group and 95.00% in the control group.The curative effect was similar in two groups（P0.05）.The average blood flow rate of vertebral artery was improved significantly in two groups and the improvement of average blood flow rate of vertebral artery and basal artery was more significant in the treatment group than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Danhong Injection had a significant curative effect on diabetes combined with vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
