摘 要:[目的]为杂交水稻育种提供科学依据。[方法]以水稻品种宁粳28为试验材料,选取分布于水稻12个连锁群上的136对SSR引物,以2个测序品种日本晴和9311分别为典型粳稻与籼稻标准,利用SSR分子标记技术分析3个品种在DNA水平上的多态性差异,研究宁粳28粳稻与籼稻成分在染色体上的分布。[结果]宁粳28叶片DNA的PCR扩增产物经5%琼脂糖凝胶电泳后,16个标记位点为偏籼稻带型(大多数位点分布于3、5、8号染色体上),4个标记位点无多态性,8个标记位点为籼粳中间型,其余107个标记位点为偏粳稻带型。[结论]宁粳28为典型的粳稻,其籼稻成分只占被抽查位点的9.56%。[Objective] The aim was to supply scientific basis for breeding hybrid rice.[Method] With rice variety Ningjing28 as tested material,136 pairs of SSR primers distributing on the 12 linkage groups of rice were selected.With 2 sequencing varieties Ribenqing and 9311 as typical japonica rice and standard indica rice,the polymorphism difference of the 3 varieties at DNA level was analyzed y SSR molecular marking technique and the distribution of japonica and indica components in the chromosome of Ningjing28 was researched.[Result] In the 5% agarose gel electrophoregram of PCR amplification product of DNA from the leaves of Ningjing28,16 marker sites were more inclined to banding pattern of indica rice and most sites were distributed on the Chromosomes 3,5 and 8,4 marker sites showed no polymorphism and 8 marker sites were indica-japonica middletype and the residual 107 marker sites were more similar to banding pattern of japonica rice.[Conclusion] Ningjing 28 was typical japonica rice and its indica component only accounted for 9.56% of surveyed sites.
