滇池流域规模化畜禽养殖污染控制规划研究

摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,滇池流域畜禽养殖规模及生产集约化程度不断提高,由此引发的环境污染问题也日益突出。根据《全国第一次污染源普查》调查结果,首次全面掌握流域范围内规模化畜禽养殖污染产生及排放情况。在深入分析规模化畜禽养殖业污染特征基础上,从污染控制政策、技术管理措施、宣传引导等方面探讨污染控制规划对滇池流域环境保护的重要意义。With the improvement of scale and intensive degree of livestock and poultry breeding in Lake Dianchi basin,the environment pollution become more increasingly prominent since 1990s.According to the survey of ＂China Pollution Sources Census＂,we would firstly and comprehensively understand the pollution status of livestock and poultry breeding in Lake Dianchi basin.And then based on the pollution status,we would also investigate the significances of environment protection in Dianchi basin from aspects of pollution control policy,technology management and publicity.
