摘　　要：[目的]用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对魟鱼软骨多糖(RCG)进行定性鉴别。[方法]利用纯化RCG,进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。[结果]RCG经纯化,基本实现了多糖的分离;根据聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳迁移率,可明显鉴别出魟鱼RCG。[结论]该法重现性较好,简单易行,可用于魟鱼RCG的定性鉴别。[Objective] This paper aims to study the feasibility of qualitative determination of Ray Cartilage Glycosaminoglycans（RCG） by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.[Methods] Pure RCG is applied to conduct phosphate buffer of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.[Results] After being purified,RCG realizes seclusion of amylase.According to the electrophoretic mobility of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,RCG could be obviously identified.[Conclusions] This method has good repeatability and could be used for the qualitative identification of RCG.
