摘　　要：目的研究S-100蛋白和MBP蛋白在人手指皮肤触觉小体上的表达情况。方法采用SP免疫组化方法检测S-100蛋白和MBP蛋白在人手指皮肤触觉小体上的表达。结果真皮乳头嵴存在于表皮嵴下,与指纹并行排列。真皮乳头层内有触觉小体存在。皮神经和感觉小体分布在血管和汗腺附近。结论本研究为解决手指损伤后的感觉障碍提供了形态学资料。Objective To study the expressions of S-100 protein and MBP protein in Meissner corpuscles of the human fingers＇ skin.Methods The streptavidin-peroxidase（SP） immunohistochemical method was used.Results Our results showed that dermal papilla ridges were below epidermal ridges.Both of them located in the skin side by side.Meissner corpuscles located in the papillary layer of dermis.Cutaneous nerves and sensory corpuscles were found nearby the blood vessels and the sweat glands.Conclusion The results of the present study may provide the morphological data in order to solve the problem of sensory disturbance after the injuries of fingers.
