摘　　要：当今玻璃行业竞争激烈,各玻璃设计院加大改革力度,由过去单纯的工业设计院转变为集设计与工程总承包于一身的综合性企业以增强自身的竞争能力。伴随着这种转变,玻璃设计院工作的关键除了继续做好玻璃厂的设计,很大一部分也转变到项目施工管理上了。项目管理的好坏直接影响企业的信誉、效益,现就项目管理方面阐述一下自己的观点。Nowadays with fierce competition in glass industry,many glass research and design institutes have intensified the reform from a simple industrial design institute in the past to a comprehensive enterprise of both design and general contracting to enhance their own competitive edge.With this change,the key task of glass research and design institutes in addition to glassworks design changes to project management to a large extent,which will have a direct impact on the enterprise reputation and profit.We hereby present our points of view on project management.
