摘  要:采用含氢硅油对氢氧化铝(ATH)阻燃剂进行表面改性,探讨了含氢硅油用量、时间、温度等工艺因素对ATH改性的影响,并通过热重分析和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析了表面改性ATH的热稳定性和表面结构。将表面改性后的ATH填充到聚丙烯(PP)中,并对复合材料的力学性能、阻燃性能及断面形貌进行分析。结果表明,ATH表面改性的最佳工艺为含氢硅油用量1.0%、改性时间30 min、温度80℃。含氢硅油不仅提高了ATH本身的热稳定性,也明显改善了复合材料的力学性能。Aluminum hydroxide was modified with hydrogen silicone oil, and the influence of the loading of hydrogen silicone oil, time and temperature on the thermal stability and structure of aluminum hydroxide was characterized through thermogravimetry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The modified aluminum hydroxide was introduced into polypropylene forming a composite, and the mechanical properties and morphology of the fractured surface of the resultant composite were studied. It was found the optical modification conditions were: the amount of modifier was 1.0 % of aluminum hydroxide, the modification time was 30min, and the modification temperature was 80℃. The presence of hydrogen silicone oil not only improved the thermal stability of aluminum hydroxide, but also enhanced the mechanical properties of the composites.
