摘  要:利用静电纺丝方法制备聚乙烯砒咯烷酮(PVP)纳米纤维,研究了电纺溶液浓度、电压对PVP超细纤维的影响。证明了在一定范围内,纤维丝的直径随着浓度的增加越来越大,而随着电压的增加越来越小。同时制备了PVP/TiO2纳米纤维。采取高温和激光处理两种方法对复合纳米纤维进行烧结,用扫描电镜对其形貌进行表征。发现高温烧结后,TiO2颗粒发生严重的团聚。激光扫描后得到了分布均匀的TiO2颗粒,只有小部分的团聚。The electrostatic spinning technique of producing polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) nanofibers and PVP/ TiO2 composite fibers was introduced and we studied the effects of the concentration of the PVP solution and voltage on the electrosinning process,which draw to conclutions that the diameters of PVP fibers increase gradually with the increasing of the concentration of PVP and decrease as the voltage goes higher. High temperature sintering method and laser irradiation was used to sinter PVP/TiO2 composite fibers. The morphology of prod- ucts were characterized by SEM. We found that serious reunion phenomenon appeared among the TiO2 particles after high temperature sintering and we obtained samples of high quality on which the TiO2 particles were evenly distributed and only a small fraction of it reunited after laser treatment.
