我国高校高水平运动队激励机制分析

摘　　要：普通高等院校高水平运动队建设是更好地适应体育特长发展和综合素质教育双重需求,推动我国体育事业发展的重要一环;并且随着社会经济的发展,其将扮演更为重要的角色甚至成为未来体育人才培养的主流模式。但是,当前我国高校高水平运动队建设过程中,运动员磨洋工,总体成材率偏低等问题还比较突出,研究探索如何建立高校高水平运动队长效培养机制,有着非常重要的意义。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,从经济学的视角切入,利用博弈论的相关模型分析高校高水平运动队培养过程的困难和瓶颈,并在此基础上提出改善建议。The building of high-level sports team in higher education institutes is the dual requirement of developing the sport specialty and comprehensive quality education and an important link in strengthening China＇s sport development.And with the development of society and economy,it will play a more important role and even become the mainstream of the sport talent cultivation model in the future.However,in the current building of high-level sport team in higher education institutes,the athletes dawdling along their training,and the overall successful rate is relatively low.Therefore,it is significant to research the long-term cultivation mechanism in these teams.In this paper,the author adopted the method of documentation,logistic analysis from the economic perspective to identify the difficulties and bottlenecks of the cultivation process with model analysis and proposed improvement suggestions on this basis.
