摘　　要：近年来国际女子链球成绩的突飞猛进,比赛竞争日趋激烈,对我国高水平女子链球运动员专项能力的发展提出了越来越高的要求。通过对我国高水平女子链球运动员专项能力进行研究,并对相关训练信息进行客观的诊断与评价,及时改进训练内容、手段、方法,设定训练目标,并对训练负荷进行及时调控。从理论和实践上为我国高水平女子链球运动员提高运动成绩提供科技支撑。The international female hummer grades improved rapidly in recent years and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Therefore,more and more requirements have been put forward in the development of the special ability of female hummer in China.By analyzing the special ability of China＇s female hummer athletes and objective diagnose and evaluation of relative training information,improve training methods,set up training goals,regulate and control the training load,the paper aims to provide science and technology support for the development of China＇s female hummer in the perspective of theory and practice.
