摘　　要：运用专家访谈和问卷调查等研究方法对我国冰上运动项目教练员进行现状调查,找出问题,分析原因,并提出建议,以期提高我国冰上运动项目教练员队伍的水平。By the methods of literature data,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematics statistics and logical analysis,the paper made an investigation on the current situation of China＇s ice-sports coaches.It explores the problems,analyzed the causes and proposed suggestions in hope of improving the ability of China＇s ice-sports coaches.
