海南大风子枝条的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究海南大风子[Hydnocarpus hainainanensis(Merr.)]枝条乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱进行分离纯化,并根据波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从海南大风子中分离得到了6个已知化合物,经波谱分析鉴定为汉黄芩素(1)、甘草素(2)、sapinofuranone B(3)、(+)-yangabin(4)、对羟基苯甲酸(5)和β-谷甾醇(6)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Hydnocarpus hainainanensis（Merr.） Sleum.,which belongs to the family Flacourtiaceae,is distributed in Hainan and some areas of Guangxi.It is also used as a herb for lepra,ringworm,and syphilitic skin lesions,with the fuctions of dispelling pathogenic wind and removing dampness,and detoxication and killing parasites.In order to study the chemical constitutents from the stem of Hydnocarpus hainainanensis,Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 colunm chromatography were used to isolate the chemical constituents,and the structures of compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis.Six compounds were isolated and identified as wogonin（1）,liquiritigenin（2）,sapinofuranone B（3）,（＋）-yangabin（4）,p-hydroxybenzoic acid（5） and β-sitosterol（6）,which were all isolated from Hydnocarpus hainainanensis for the first time.
