摘  要:目的测定氟蚁腙饵剂对红火蚁的毒力,开发新的红火蚁防控药剂。方法采用室内毒力测定和野外单蚁巢毒力测定方法。结果室内毒力测定中供试工蚁6 d后全部死亡,表明该饵剂对红火蚁具有慢性胃毒的效果。同时选择性试验表明该饵剂对红火蚁没有明显的驱避性。野外试验中施用氟蚁腙饵剂的蚁巢的第5天和第10天的工蚁减退率分别是35.93%和68.18%,第30天工蚁减退率达到90.93%,第50天蚁巢级别由3级降为1级或0级,级别降低率达到77.67%,蚁巢中未发现蚁后和有翅繁殖蚁。结论该饵剂对红火蚁没有明显的驱避性,同时具有良好的慢性胃毒效果和良好的毒力传递性,具有开发成红火蚁饵剂的可能。Objective To determine the toxicity of hydramethylnon baits against Solenopsis invicta Buren,and develop new insecticide to control S.invicta.methods Determinating the toxicity indoor and in field to single ant nest. Results In the indoor determination,the test worker ants all died after 6 days,which indicated that the bait has the effect of slow stomach toxicity to S.invicta.Besides,the selective test indicated that the bait has no obvious repellency to S.invicta.In the field test,the decrease rate of worker ants test mounds on the 5th day and 10th day was 35.93% and 68.18%,and it reached 90.93% on the 30th day after using the bait.The mound rank decreased from 3 to 1 or 0 on the 50th day,the decrease rate was 77.67%,and no queen ant and breeding ant with wings was found. Conclusion The bait has no obvious repellency to S.invicta,and has good slow stomach toxicity and good toxicity transitivity,so it could be developed to be new bait against S.invicta.
