北京市房山区2型糖尿病患者心理性胰岛素抵抗现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解北京市房山区2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者心理性胰岛素抵抗的现状并分析其相关因素。方法采用问卷调查法调查96例T2DM患者,并对相关因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果愿意接受胰岛素治疗的患者占被调查人数的72.9%,不愿意接受胰岛素治疗的占27.1%。多元Logistic回归分析发现,对胰岛素的知晓情况与是否接受胰岛素治疗密切相关(OR=1.814,P<0.01)。结论房山区T2DM患者心理性胰岛素抵抗的根本因素为胰岛素知识缺乏,应强化糖尿病知识的健康教育。Objective To understand the psychological resistance to insulin treatment among T2DM patients in Fangshan district, Beijing and to analyze the related factors. Methods 96 T2DM patients were surveyed with questionnaires. A logistic regression analysis was conducted. Results 70 cases （72. 9 %） were willing to receive insulin treatment if needed; 26 cases （27. 1 % ） were not willing to receive insulin treatment. The logistic regression analysis showed that the knowledge of insulin had a close correlation with the willingness of receiving insulin treatment （OR=1. 814,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The main factor of psychological resistance to insulin treatment in T2DM patients in Fangshan district is the lack of insulin knowledge. Health education should be enhanced.
