摘 要:热压含碳球团是利用煤的热塑性而将铁矿粉和煤粉热压成型的一种新型优质炼铁原料。还原性是炉料主要冶金性能之一,而反应气氛和温度对热压含碳球团还原反应进程有重要的影响。通过还原失重试验,重点研究了反应气氛和温度对热压含碳球团还原反应进程的影响。研究表明,热压含碳球团整个还原反应进程可分为两个阶段:第一阶段还原速率明显大于第二阶段;温度对热压含碳球团还原速率有显著的影响,在相同气氛下,温度越高,热压含碳球团的还原速率越快;在900℃时,反应气氛对热压含碳球团还原反应速率有显著的影响,还原性气氛对其影响最大;而在1 100℃时,反应气氛对热压含碳球团还原反应速率的影响趋于减小。Carbon composite iron ore hot briquette (CCB) is a new type of iron-making raw materials, which is made through hot briquetting by binding coal and iron ore fine. The reducibility is one of major metallurgical properties for iron-making burdens. The reacting atmosphere and temperature effecting on the reducibility of CCB have been stud- ied through the experiments of reduction weight loss. The experimental results show that the whole reduction process of CCB could be divided into two stages. The reduction rate during the first stage is significantly faster than that during the second one. The temperature has a significant effect on reduction rate; with the increasing tempera ture, the reduction rate tends to fasting while the reducing gas composition unchanged. Reacting atmosphere has a significant effect on reduction process of CCB at temperature 900℃ ,and reducible atmosphere has the most important influence on the reduction rate; but at temperature 1 100℃, the effects tend to decreasing.
