摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术(LAVH)的适应证及临床应用价值。方法对103例因各种良性妇科疾病而需行子宫全切除术的患者,采用阴式子宫切除术(TVH)和LAVH术式。结果两组手术在手术时间、术中出血、术后下床活动时间、术后住院天数等方面差异无统计学意义,在术后肛门排气时间方面有差异(P<0.05)。结论 LAVH拓宽了阴式子宫切除的适应证,可避免开腹、减少手术创伤。Objective To evaluate the indication and the clinical value of laparoscopic assisted transvaginal hysterectomy（LAVH）.Methods 103 patients suffered from various kinds of benign gynecological diseases underwent TVH and LAVH.Results There was no statistical significance in operative time,blood loss,postoperative ambulation,and postoperative hospital stay between the 2 groups.There is significant difference of anal exhaust time after operation（P0.05）.Conclusion LAVH expands the indication of transvaginal hysterectomy,as well as avoid laparotomy and operation wound.
