悬置微带线缝隙的等效电路参量及其在毫米波滤波器中的应用

摘  要:本文利用横向谐振法结合二维谱域技术严格分析了悬置微带线缝隙。得到了一组工程上实用的缝隙等效电路参量曲线,它揭示了等效电路参量与工作频率和悬置微带线的条带宽度、缝隙长度的依赖关系。应用分析结果,设计和试制了Ka波段端部耦合的悬置微带线带通滤波器,测试结果与设计指标符合较好。The gap in suspended striplines is rigorously nalyzed by transverse resonance method and two-dimensional spectral domain approach. A useful group ot curves for the equivalent circuit parameters of the gap are obtained. These curves illustrate the dependency on the operating frequency, and strip width and gap length of the suspended stripline. Based on the present tesuits, A ka-band end-coupled bandpass filter using the suspended stripline is designed. The measured result is in good agreement with the calculated value.
