摘 要:目的分析关节镜手术后肢体肿胀的原因,比较膝关节镜手术中使用灌注泵与重力灌注对患者术后下肢肿胀程度的影响,为膝关节镜手术时选择灌注方式提供参考。方法将采用平卧位并且预期手术时间〈1h的膝关节镜术后患者60例按照采用的灌注方法不同分为灌注泵组和重力灌注组各30例,分别使用灌注泵和重力灌注。术前及术后测量2组患者下肢周径,比较差值及2组的手术时间。结果灌注泵组与重力灌注组术后小腿周径增加程度及手术时间比较均无显著差异。结论在膝关节镜手术中,对于时间〈1h的手术,使用重力灌注与灌注泵方法对小腿的肿胀程度无显著影响。Objective To analyze the cause of lower limbs swelling after knee arthroscopy operation, and compare the effect of gravity and pump irrigation system on lower limbs swelling after operation. Methods 60 patients after knee arthroscopie surgery were divided into the pump irrigation group and the gravity group with 30 patients in each group. We measured the perimeter of the lower limb pre and post operation and compared the operation time of each group. Results There were no significant differences in the perimeter of the lower limb and operation time between the gravity group and the pump irrigation group. Conclusions During knee arthroscopic surgery which cost less than 1 hour, there was no influence on lower limbs swelling whether using gravity or pump irrigation system.
