摘  要:进入新世纪,辅导员的角色已由最初的"政治领路人",转变为身兼帮困工作、心理辅导、职业辅导等多元使命的复合型专业人员,辅导员工作在高校工作中的重要性也日益彰显。如何更好地促进高校辅导员的专业化发展,成为当前学生工作队伍建设的重要课题。本文从行动研究的视角,将辅导员视为实践者和研究者,深度分析辅导员发展的困境,阐述辅导员如何为自己寻找专业化发展的有效路径。After entering the new century, the College Instructor's role has by the original "political deliverer", change is wearing the hardship work,psychological counselling, occupational counselling muhivariate mission compound professionals,workof instructors in colleges and the importance of also becomes more and more obvious. How to promote the professional development of university counselors, become the student work team construction as an important issue. This article from the perspective of action research counselor as practitioners and researchers, in-depth analysis of instructors, expounds the difficult position of development instructors how to find their own professional development of efficient paths.
