摘　　要：本文通过选取一所代表性民办高校进行调研,从而探索民办高校大学生的就业现状及存在的主要问题,对造成这些问题的原因进行了分析并提出相应改善对策。By selecting a representative private college as an example, the paper is to explore the employment status and the main problems of private college students, thus analyzing the reasons of these problems and propose some improvement measures.
