摘　　要：为了能掌握大学生职业生涯规划的真实情况,以便更有针对性和开创性地开展职业指导工作,笔者采取随机抽样和个别谈话相结合的方式,从自我认知、工作世界认知、职业生涯规划认知等三方面对中国民航大学的1200余名学生展开调查。In order to grasp the true career planning, and to facilitate more focused and innovative vocational guidance, I take random samples and talk to a combination of individual, self-awareness from the world of work awareness, three aspects of cognitive career planning university of civil aviation of China more than 1,200 students in the investigation.
