摘　　要：结合国家最新政策,针对当前经济的快速发展和对建筑业的巨大需求,阐述了绿色建筑相关理念,介绍了环保部履约中心项目在推行绿色建筑过程中采取的相关技术措施。从可持续发展的角度阐述了绿色施工的概念,介绍了预拌混凝土绿色生产集成技术为体现绿色施工的要求所采取的技术路线。展望了我国绿色建筑和绿色施工的发展前景并提出了相关建议。Based on the national newest policy,in view of current background of the fast development of economic and the huge demand of construction,authors elaborated the green building related idea.A series of technique measures are introduced in Ministry of Environment Protection Fulfillment Center.From sustainable development angle,the technology route is determined,which is adopted by green construction integration technology of ready-mixed concrete to show the request of green construction.The prospects for green building and green construction in our country are forecasted and the development proposals are put forward.
