组合网架结构预应力施工模拟分析与监测

摘　　要：对济南体校2号馆预应力组合网架进行了索张拉过程的施工模拟分析,并计算了张拉阶段的索张力控制值。采用振弦式应变传感器、电阻应变片、全站仪等测量仪器对预应力张拉过程中的索力、杆件应力及挠度进行了实时监测。试验表明施工监测数据和理论计算结果吻合较好。楼板全现浇预应力组合网架施工方法合理,结构具有良好的整体工作性能。Construction simulation analysis for prestressed composite truss of Ji’nan Sports School No.2 stadium is carried out and the value of cable force is calculated at tension steps.Cable force,truss stress and deflection are monitored by using vibration wire strain sensors,strain gauges and electronic total station.The coincidence of monitoring results and theoretical data is very well.The construction method of prestressed composite truss built with full cast-in-situ floor is reasonable.The structure has a good integral working capacity.
