摘 要:测试资源建模是自动测试系统(ATS)通用化的基础。针对当前ATS中测试资源,特别是测试仪器种类多、功能复杂、难以采用常规方法进行建模的难题,采用基于多Agent方法,建立典型测试仪器模型。首先分析典型测试仪器的特性,建立分层多Agent模型,给出模型中各Agent的结构与功能。之后给出了各Agent之间的通信方式与协作机制。该模型具有良好的自适应性和可重构性,有利于实现ATS通用化。Modeling of the test resources is the foundation of the general-purpose automatic test system (ATS). To solve the problems such as the plentiful sorts, complicated functions and hard to building the models of the resources, especially the test devices, the muhi-Agent-based model of the typical test device was built. First the character of the typical device was analyzed, and then the model based on the layered multi-Agent was built. The structure and function of each agent in the model was presented. Then the mechanism of communication and cooperation among Agents of this model was presented. The model has favorable self-adaptability and reconfigurability, and it can be used in the gener- al-purpose ATS.
