摘  要:由于三元复合驱采出污水中化学剂和离子组成的变化,悬浮固体的组成更加复杂。电镜和红外分析表明,过滤污水后,微孔滤膜上截留了大量无机盐和矿物颗粒,滤膜骨架上则吸附了大量粘性物质,主要是HPAM、乳化油等有机物。模拟污水试验表明,污水中HPAM浓度或者分子量超过一定值时,污水SS含量会明显增加。此外,复合驱污水碳酸盐结垢也造成SS含量增加。The composition of suspended solid in ASP flooding produced water became more complicated because the chemicals and ions are variable. The result of SEM and FTIR analysis showed that after the produced water was filtered, numerous inorganic salts and mineral grains were filtered on the microporous membrane and much viscous matter were absorbed on the membrane skeleton which was mainly HPAM and emulsified oil, etc. The simulation experiment of produced water indicated that the suspended solid (SS) content increased obviously while HPAM content or molecular weight exceeded a certain value. Moreover, carbonate sealing of ASP produced water will also result in the increasing of SS content.
