摘　　要：目的:通过观察吸附百白破疫苗接种不良反应发生率,探讨疫苗接种前后进行护理干预措施方法和效果。方法:将2010年3月在我院预防接种门诊接种吸附百白破疫苗的1 300名儿童随机分为观察组与对照组各650名,观察和比较两组接种后不良反应发生率。结果:两组接种后不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在疫苗接种前后进行护理干预可避免或减轻接种不良反应。Objective ： To explore the methods and effect of nursing intervention before and after vaccination of DPT （ Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis Combined Vaccine, Adsorbed） by observing the incidence of adverse reactions. Methods： 1300 children who were vaccinated DPT in March 2010 in the vaccination out - patient department of our hospital were randomly divid- ed into observation group and control group （650 children for each group）. The incidence of adverse reactions after the vaccina- tion was observed and compared between the two groups. Results： The incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination was signif- icantly different between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Nursing intervention before and after vaccination can avoid or mitigate the adverse reactions of vaccination.
