黄连小檗碱的结晶条件研究

摘  要:本文考察了不同溶剂、不同pH值条件对黄连小檗碱结晶的影响,确定了精制黄连小檗碱的结晶条件。以盐酸小檗碱标准品为对照,通过HPLC方法 ,对小檗碱进行定量检测。实验结果表明:用水作为溶剂,pH=1,5次结晶后,产品中黄连小檗碱含量为97.78%,产品收率为4.60%。The article studied different solvents and different pH for the effect on crystallization.The crystal conditions for the refinement of berberine in rhizoma of Coptis chinensis Franch was determined.Using hygdrochloric acid berberine as the contrast,the quantitative analysis of berberine in rhizoma of Coptis chinensis Franch was carried out.The experiment result showed:when the solvent was water which pH was 1 and the crystal number of times was 5,the content of berberine in product was 97.78% and the yield was 4.60%.
