我院2010年门诊抗菌药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院门诊抗菌药物使用的合理性。方法随机抽取我院门诊的1203张处方,统计处方中抗菌药物的品种、数量、联合用药等情况。结果使用抗菌药物占统计处方的58.3%,联合用药占抗菌素统计处方60.5%。不合理使用抗菌药物处方占8.1%。结论我院门诊抗菌药物的应用基本合理,但必须严格按照抗菌药物使用原则用药,确保临床用药的安全、经济、合理和有效。Objective To understand the use of antibiotics in the Sun Yat-sen memorial hospital of Sun Yat-sen university..Methods 1203 hospital outpatient prescriptions were selected,prescriptions of antibiotics statistical variety,quantity,combination,etc were analyzed.Results The use antibiotics occupied 58.3%,jointly occupies the antibiotic statistics prescription with the medicine in 60.5%.Not reasonably used the antibiotics prescription to account for 8.3%.Conclusion The use of antibacterial in out patient clinic is basic reasonable,but we must strictly use the medicine according to the antibiotics use principle,guarantees clinical uses the medicine the security,economical,reasonable and effective.
