自拟浴足方治疗老年高血压病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟浴足方浴足协同治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的67例老年高血压病患者随机分为治疗组35例,对照组32例。治疗组内服基础降压药,加用自拟浴足方浴足;对照组内服基础降压药,加用温水浴足。疗程为8周,观察两组患者治疗前后血压及临床症状积分、生存质量评分等的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后收缩压及舒张压均明显下降(P<0.01),治疗组作用优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后头晕、头痛、腰膝酸软、心悸、失眠、肢体麻木、畏寒肢冷等症状积分均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),生存质量总评分明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组在改善头晕、头痛等症状及生存质量总评分方面作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟浴足方联合基础降压药具有协同降压作用,降压疗效优于单纯基础降压药物治疗,且能改善临床症状,提高生活质量,安全无不良反应,简便易行。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect on treating elderly hypertension combined with Ziniyuzu decoction. Methods： 67 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into 35 cases of treament group and 32 cases of control group. The control group patients were given hypotensive drugs and bathed feet with warm water. On the basement, the treament group bathed feet with Yuzu decoction instead of warm water. The period of treament was 8 weeks. Observing the changes between the two groups on blood pressure, scores of clinical symptoms and the quality of life among the treatment. Results： After the therapy, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased obviously （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The symptom scores of treament group including dizziness, headache, weakness of waist and knees, palpitations, insomnia, numbness and coldness were decreased obviously （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The scores of life quality were improved obviously （P〈0.01）. Meanwhile, improvements in the scores of dizziness, headache and the quality of life were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yuzu decoction combined with hypotensive drugs not only had a better function of depressing blood pressure and better than the bacic hypotensive drugs, but also improving clinical symptom and quality of life. The method was safety, no side effects and convenient.
