参麦、多巴胺、钾镁合剂中西医结合佐治慢性肺源性心脏病心衰体会

摘　　要：目的:观察参麦、多巴胺、钾镁合剂中西医结合治疗老年人慢性肺源性心脏病心衰的临床疗效。方法:本院2006～2010年随机分为对照组20例,治疗组22例。临床表现和体征为均有咳嗽,气喘,端坐呼吸,程度不同胸闷,唇周发绀,少尿,肝颈静脉回流征阳性,双肺湿啰音,肝大,肝颈静脉回流征(+)、心脏剑突下搏动、双下肢水肿等。对照组给予供氧、强心剂、利尿剂、抗感染、平喘剂常规治疗,治疗组在上述基础治疗上静滴多巴胺、钾镁合剂、参麦,以14日为1疗程进行效果比较。结果:对照组有效率70%,治疗组为95%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)治疗组治疗后心率、氧饱和度,心功能较对照组改善明显。结论:参麦、多巴胺、钾镁合剂中西医结合治疗老年人慢性肺源性心脏病心衰安全有效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating chronic pulmonary heart disease failure with Shenmai, dopamine, potassium and magnesium mixture in the integrative medicine. Method： The patients in our hospital from 2006 to 2010 were randomly divided into control group of 20 cases, treatment group of 22 cases. Clinical manifestations and signs were both cough, wheezing, orthop -nea, different levels of chest tightness, lip cyanosis, oliguria, hepatojugular reflux was positive, double lungs moist rale, hepatomegaly, hepatojugular reflux （＋）, under the xiphoid of the heart beat, double lower limbs edema etc. The control group was treated with conven -tional treatment such as oxygen, inotropic, diuretic, anti-infective, anti-asthmatic. The treatment group was treated with intravenous infusion of dopamine, potassium and magnesium mixture, Shenmai,on the basis of the above, compared the effects in a course of 14 days. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 70% and 95% of treatment group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） the heart rate, oxygen saturation, heart function of the treatment group were improved significantly than those of the control group after the treatment. Conclusion： Treating chronic pulmonary heart disease failure with Shenmai, dopamine, potassium and magnesium mixture in the integrative medicine is safe and effective.
