白头翁汤加味治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎20例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察白头翁汤加味联合抗生素治疗青少年急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:将40例急性化脓性扁桃体炎青少年随机分为两组,治疗组予防白头翁汤加味联合静滴抗生素及常规治疗;对照组单独应用抗生素及常规治疗。治疗3天后,治疗组有效率100%,治愈率70%;对照组有效率90%,治愈率40%,治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating adolescents with acute purulent tonsillitis with Baitouwong decoction plus antibiotics. Methods： Diveding 40 cases of patients with acute purulent tonsillitis into two groups, the treatment group was treated with Baitouwong decoction plus antibiotics and common treatment; The control group was treated with simple antibiotics and common treatment, treating for 3 days, the effective rate of treatment group was 100%, the cure rate was 70%; The effective rate of control group was 90%, the cure rate was 40%, the effect of the treatment group was better than that of control group.
