维西医结合治疗泌尿系结石症147例

摘　　要：目的:观察泌尿系结石及维西医结合治疗中的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2007年1月～月至2010年3月三月收治147例泌尿系结石的临床资料,应用排石汤配合西药观察疗效。结果:147例均治愈其中肾结石60例,输尿管上段结石33例,中下段输尿管结石27例,肾输尿管上段结石21例,膀胱结石6例,治疗前后均经B超声、腹部平片、静脉肾盂造影、CT和实物所证实。结论:维药增强动力,分解结石,西药减少阻力,促结石下排,提高泌尿系结石排出率。Objective： To observe the effect of treating lithangiuria patient with Weixi medicine plus treatment. Methods： Retrospectively analyze the effect of 147 clinical data of lithangiuria patient treated with ＂calculus discharging medicine-decoction＂ combined with Western treatment in our hospital during January 2007 to March 2010. Results： 147 lithangiuria patients were all cured which include 60 renal calculus, 33 superior segment ureter calculus, 27 inferior segment ureter calculus, 21 kidney and ureter superior segment calculus, 6 vesical calculus. Cure effect is reassured by type-B ultrasonic, plain abdominal radiograph, intravenous pyelography, and computed tomography. Conclusion： Weixi medicine strengthen motion of calculus, decompose it, Western medicine lessen the removing resistance, helping to remove the calculus, enhancing the removing rate of lithangiuria.
