摘　　要："四逆散"由柴胡、杭芍、枳实、炙甘草四药组成。主治胃气虚弱、痰浊内阻、胃气上逆所致之心下痞满、噫气不除、胃反呕吐等症。旋复代赭石汤四逆散旋复代赭石汤两方合用,增强肝的升发、疏泄;脾的升清及运化,胃气得以和降。四逆散加旋复代赭石汤治疗气机不畅、肝郁脾虚、肝脾不和而致的崩漏,脾失健运、神经官能症及更年期综合症等诸多病症疗效较佳,值得推广。Sinisan is made up with bupleurum, radix paeo, immature bitter orange and radix glycyrrhizae preparata. Treating stomach weakness, phlegm resistance, Xinxia Piman caused by stomach qi upward reversal, aiqi is not removed, the stomach antivomiting. Combination of both inula fuddle decoction and Sinisan, enhanceing the hair rise of liver, catharsis; The clearing and operation of the spleen, reducing the stomach qi. Treating gaspoor, the liver spleen deficiency, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis caused by incoordination between the liver and the spleen, spleen lost health gone, neurosis and menopausal syndrome with sinisan plus inula ruddle decoction has a good effect, it＇s woeth popularizing.
